Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities
✔ Market SRM Solutions’ loss control and risk management services
✔ Conduct client visits, presentations, and needs assessments
✔ Develop tailored proposals and close deals
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
✔ Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
✔ Provide market intelligence and client feedback
Educational Background
Candidates must have:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any of the following:
Risk Management
Criminology
Security Studies
Business Administration
Marketing
Or any other related field
Experience Requirements
✔ Minimum 2+ years proven experience in any of these:
Sales & Marketing
Security services
Loss control, risk management, or related service industries
Key Skills & Attributes
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Confidence in corporate sales and client engagement
✔ Understanding of business operations and risk exposure
✔ Ability to sell solutions, not just services
✔ Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
✔ Professional presentation and reporting skills
